What does the rejection contract disabled mean, and how do I fix it?

A firm administrator needs to login to the admin website, and then click on contracts from there you can Select the exchange you want to edit contracts for. find the contract and enable it for the firm, also if you do not give the contract a margin number it will default to $50,000
